I love this little guy! This vintage money bank was made by a pottery artist Gabriel Verken in Sweden. I couldn't find any more information on it or if it is available for purchase anywhere.

Gabriel Ceramics (http://www.gabrielkakelugnar.se/79_Sortiment) is a factory in the southern Sweden. They mostly make masonry heaters now. The darling owl can be found at auctions like this one:
