The artist of United Thread is a painter and art history major based out of Salem, Massachusetts. She is a private gardener and a freelance illustrator who finds her inspiration in nature and patterns. She especially enjoys working with birds "because of the endless possibilities [she] can come up with for their coats!"
I adore these watercolor paintings that include lines and patterns to emphasize the texture of her birds and other art subject. I have my eyes set on first owl and the fourth print of animals gathered around the water hole.
I wish I had that kind of talent with painting! Beautiful.
