{Blue Terracotta}
I shall wrap up for the week with these ancient art inspired pieces by Blue Terracotta. Have a wonderful weekend!
Sara Lintner: Sketchbook
I adore this handmade sketchbook by Sara Lintner. I love buying cute notebooks, but then I never use them because I want to "preserve" them! Do you do that too? Moving on with the post, if you are in Austin, attending Renegade Craft Fair this weekend, then stop by Sara's booth #157 for more merchandise or visit her online store.
Friday Freebie!
Hi everyone, It's Friday! Yay! And, I have a Friday freebie for you all. This lovely owl desktop background is by Marlene Pixley and can be downloaded from here.

Owl and Pussycat Tote Bag
This is the cutest tote bag I have ever seen, illustrating the popular characters - the owl and the pussycat and Edward Lear's popular poem at the bottom of the bag. Available for purchase at Bob Boutique.
Early Jewelry
Kylie Earlene Grater's unique designs show influence of nature and African culture where she spent a substantial amount of her time working with the locals. Kylie incorporates old, organic and vintage material in her work which gives her handmade pieces eclectic results. These wood earrings featuring engraved owl pattern are both sweet and stylish.

Miro Shun: Wire Greeting Card
I am always amazed by Miro Shun's adorable wire animals cards. A while ago, I blogged about her owl here and just recently discovered her night owl card which is delightful and my new favorite!

Bird Mafia
Emily Brown of Bird Mafia loves to craft and paper cut. In fact "she has been cutting paper for three years, crafting forever and drawing since she could hold a pencil!" The images on her products are inspired by paper cutting art where the images are first cut out of black paper, then burned into a screen to be finally tranfered onto a product. Visit her store for a closer look of the adorable "mafia" items :)

Silk and Lace
Owls on underwear always make me smile. This silk hipster with blue and pink owls and royal blue lace trim is rather sexy!!

Happy Mother's Day!
“Know one like you,” a greeting card designed by illustrator Tad Carpenter.
A beautiful quote I recently read:
Who ran to help me when I fell,
And would some pretty story tell,
Or kiss the place to make it well?
My mother.
~Ann Taylor

My mother.

I love you mom!
