Lately, I have been completely obsessed with vintage knick knacks and have been spending whatever free time I have, in the second-hand shops and thrift stores. I believe one can never have enough knick knacks around the house; they add such warmth to the place. It gives me such joy to revisit my finds and study them, again. Every time I look at that old tray I found at a flea market or a hand-painted plate that I got from the neighborhood thrift store, I see the piece differently and it appears more beautiful than ever. So, this weekend I suggest that you move around your finds and pick out one favorite piece from the pile and place it on your desk for inspiration (and priceless smiles). Have a wonderful weekend!

{Oversized Shirt}
In my opinion, this Corey Lynn Calter oversized beige shirt is incredibly sexy. I'll just add a wide belt, and wear it with skinny jeans and boots. Do you wear oversized shirts? Even if it's your boyfriend's white shirt.

This Owl Owns This Town...
Rachael of Penelope and Pip has added a new print to her store of an owl with attitude called Chester, and he has an interesting past. Would you like to hear the story?
Chester had grown up in the west, where the owls were a little tougher than your average birds. Born of a Texan father and a mother who hailed from the wrong side of the tracks in downtown Boonah, he had grown into his cowboy boots and was now ready to claim his part of the street. With a swagger most becoming of an owl of his age, he eyed off the local lads. Watch out boys, this owl owns this town...
