Paul Ibou

Paul Vermeersch was a freelance designer born in Borgerhout, Belgium. He gave himself  the pseudonym IBOU, which meant ‘inventive book designer and publisher’ and in French "Ibou" means owl. This gave a start to an amazing collection of owl-symbols. I love the owl series of the 60s in beautiful shapes and colors.
