I am awe-stricken by this life-size reproduction of a Whet Owl aka Atlas created using antique world atlases by The Makerie. "The owl is finished using gold plated sheeting and black Swarowski crystals, with a base made from solid Italian oak." Found at behance, thanks to Discover Paper.
