DIY: Glow in the Dark Owls
These adorable glow in the dark owls are made by Cristina Moreno with cardboard and paint that glows in the dark (something like this). I love how they all look together on the wall. They are a great wall art for a kid's room that glows in the night or as Halloween decoration for your main door.

DIY: Upcycled Fabric + Paper Owls
Anne Weil of Flax & Twine created these fabric and cardboard owls as birthday party invitation for a Harry Potter themed party. " Lift the wings, and there’s a special message just for you." These are pretty easy to make and require only a few simple things that you will find around your house and scraps from your last projects. If you wish, you can change the color platte and use it for Halloween decoration or sew them to make a mobile for a kid's room. How will you use these owls? Hop on over to Design Sponge for instructions and to donwload the owl template.
{Thanks, Lyndsee}
Hootch Owl Corkscrew
How adorable is this Hootch Owl corkscrew? Red Envelope launched this vintage inspired owl shaped corkscrew based on the famous 30s R. G. Smythe's patent owl design. As you twist it, the corkscrew is drawn down into the bottle cork, and the owl wings rise upwards. It's cute enough to sit on your kitchen counter while not in use.
Hoot Owl Cookies
Josh is an author of a blog called "My Vegan Cookbook" where he shares his creative recipes that are 100% vegan friendly. While browsing through his blog which has loads of mouth watering, scrumptious looking recipes, I found these "hoot owl cookies". Josh's owl shaped cookies are inspired by cookies he saw in vintage cookbook. He created and shared his own recipe for these sweet cookies along with an easy illustration with clear set of instructions to guide you through the process. For the complete instructions click here.

Joseph Cornell and His Boxes
Joseph Cornell was a self-taught artist who created the most amazing collages in shadow boxes with random found objects, and things picked up from junk shops and flea markets. His work was inspired by women in his life, places that he travelled to and his childhood memories.
His art is meticulously arranged, pasted and painted on to "suggest poetic associations inspired by the arts, humanities, and sciences. His pieces have been described as romantic, poetic, lyrical, and surrealistic." says, Oh Dear Design.
You can learn more about his work and download free images from his website.

The Celebration Shoppe: Trick or Treat Halloween Collection
The Celebration Shoppe recently launched this "Trick or Treat Halloween collection" inspired by Halloween traditional costumes. This party collection was photographed in an actual farm which has a white barn and charming raw wood interior. This party has tons of fun details without the fright.
There are placecards, beverage wrappers, napkins, favor tags, cello toppers, banners, and much more in the collection, all in printable format. I like the orange and white polka dot table runner, plates and placemats, also available to purchase from their online shop.
The adorable owl cookie are indeed to die for!
