DIY: Feathery Owl Tote

This is a simple and an easy tutorial that used Sizzix Petal Flower Power die to create a unique feathery owl tote. It'll make a fun tote to carry around your craft supplies or perfect to give to your little one for a trick-or-treat night! 

Things needed for the project:

Felt and quilted fabric

Tote

Fabric glue

Scissors

Fringe scissors

Wax paper

Stuffing
