Russian artist and art lover Nikolai Tolstyh creates paper silhouettes of animals and to fill them up uses a visually rich backdrop that consists of leaves, branches and flowers. The combination of stark white animals shapes and bright landscapes work perfectly. Each piece looks like an artwork where the primary subject animals are framed by the scenery.
